Changes will be added up until August 13th, when we will post a formal announcement for our developer community.

  • The -vsearch: --maxrejects default is going to change in the QIIME 2 2026.1 release
  • feature-table group is going to create metadata for the resulting groups, thereforefeature-table group have a new required output
