plugin 'quality-filter' has no action 'q-score-joined

Hi,

I am experiencing the following error
Error: QIIME 2 plugin 'quality-filter' has no action 'q-score-joined

I am going to change into
qiime quality-filter q-score
however I do not undestand properly if this is correct (I am updating my scripts for analysis with a new version of qiime2,

Hi @MichelaRiba,
The q-score-joined method was removed as of Q2 version 2020.8 since the regular q-score method can now handle both types. Here is the release announcement describing that change. Hope that clarifies it!
