Plugin error while running qiime2

Hello dear moderators!
I am new to the topic, just have installed QIIME2 and faced a plugin issue. It seems that QIIME was installed without plugins and I haven't found any information on separate plugin installation. Could you give me any advice?

Hi @nickfungi and welcome to the :qiime2: forum!

Do you still have the output generated by your QIIME 2 installation? Or the command(s) you run?

Best,

Sergio

As for installation, I followed guide for native installation for Linux

Hi! Unfortunately, I don't. Info also doesn't show any plugins

Do you mean this command from here?

conda env create -n qiime2-amplicon-2024.10 --file https://data.qiime2.org/distro/amplicon/qiime2-amplicon-2024.10-py310-linux-conda.yml

If so, it looks that something went wrong with your installation. You may want to try uninstalling -> conda clean --all -> fresh install with the above command and save the output for debugging.

Best,

Sergio

Yep. Sure, I will be back right after re-installation

That actually worked. Thanks a lot!
