Plugin error from diversity ：Metadata does not contain any columns that satisfy this visualizer's requirements

when i use qiime2 to analysis the alpha diversity, the error comes.

the code as following:

index=shannon
qiime diversity alpha-group-significance
--i-alpha-diversity core-metrics-results/{index}_vector.qza \ --m-metadata-file metadata.txt \ --o-visualization core-metrics-results/{index}-group-significance.qzv
