Parsl guide for plugin developers

Are there any guides for adding Parsl support to a Qiime 2 plugin? Alternatively, are there plugins supporting Parsl with code that would be a good template for implementing Parsl parallel processing?

Also see Developing with QIIME 2's Add a Pipeline with parallel computing support. Note that that is part of a linear tutorial, so reading/skimming the chapters leading up to it will likely be helpful (in particular the chapter immediately preceding that one, Add a first Pipeline.
