p trim length deblur

Hi everyone,

I am very new to qiime2 and was wondering if someone could help me with choosing a p-trim length for good-quality reads as I am struggling to do so. I know it should be greater than 300 but I am unsure where to do it. Would 363 be okay? Any help would be really appreciated!
I have attached my interactive plot.

@bhaan,

Trimming raw reads for quality concerns is one of those things that sometimes takes some trial and error. I will first point you to some videos from a workshop that discuss things to consider: lecture; tutorial.

It seems like you already have joined data, paired end data is usually joined as part of the denoising process, meaning you would not necessarily need to trim at this point. Can you post the other commands you have already run? Including importing commands.
