NGS data analysis

Hello There,

I am a first time qiime2 user and beginner to coding. So I am having hard time in understanding the qiime2 codes. I have NGS data (16s v3-v4) generated from Illumina platform. They have mentioned the data is already paired and demultiplexed. I received one csv file as well (attaching the pic). I don't know how to generate a manifest file. Can anyone help me to get start with.

Manifest files are typically created manually on your end - check out our docs on Importing Data into QIIME 2 for further details on how to create this.
