Among the many exciting additions in the 2018.11 release is a new tutorial for experienced/intermediate users written by @cduvallet and @Mehrbod_Estaki .
If you are getting started but already know some of the basic concepts/theory covered in the overview tutorial for beginners, give this new tutorial a look to get oriented! This will be particularly useful to those new to QIIME 2 but familiar with other amplicon bioinformatics platforms (including QIIME 1).
