I was just wondering if QIIME2 has the old compute_taxonomy_ratios from QIIME1 and if so, has anyone obtained a -inf value instead of an actual index? It happened to me using QIIME1 but I think I have enough experience now with QIIME2 as to try it there, thanks a lot.

No, this method does not exist in QIIME 2 — I do not believe it was commonly used in QIIME 1 and so was not ported over to QIIME 2. You will need to export your data to run this analysis in QIIME 1.
