I have used the Western diet file provided at media/media at main · micom-dev/media · GitHub. I thought they were already completed mediums, but when I tried complete_medium function, I saw the EX_rxn number went down from 170 to 129. Maybe I am missing a point out. Because when I don't modify the community medium (their upper bounds) I get zero elasticity.
When I ran the completed medium (the one with 129 EX_rxn), I saw that most of the exchange and abundance elasticities were 0 and also the non-zero outputs had the same numbers. So I thought maybe I did something wrong on the way.
