Looking for a bioinformatics programmer

The Sahl Lab at Northern Arizona University is looking for a bioinformatics programmer that has experience with comparative genomics. Some benefits of this position:

  1. Work on multiple funded projects, producing novel algorithms for analyzing whole genome sequence data
  2. Live in Flagstaff, a small town at 7,000 ft with close access to hiking, skiing, mountain biking
  3. Potential collaboration with Qiime developers, located one floor down from the Sahl lab
