Log files for scripts

Hi,

Where can I find the log files for a specific command (e.g. feature-classifier)? Is it in the provenance? I need to know which files I took as input in the above argument, I am assuming this info lies in the log file.

Hello @anirban.mcgill. If you upload your .qza to this webpage you can view the provenance which should let you know what values you supplied to all arguments for all commands leading up to that file.

EDIT: Worth noting. Using QIIME 2 View doesn’t actually upload your data to a server anywhere. It all runs completely locally
