ITS classification only kingdom level

The consensus sequence of phased primers is working fine for all 16S targets (with Greengenes, HOMD and SILVA databases) but not ITS consensus sequence (with UNITE/developer database).

I have the following error
Plugin error from feature-classifier: No matches found

Then, for ITS read extraction, I have followed “Fungal ITS analysis tutorial” at QIIME2 website and replaced lowercase characters with uppercase. Now it started extracting read-like sequences. I only see “Level 1” taxonomy in the dropdown (k__Fungi | 100.000%)?

Would you be able to post a full command, and perhaps your feature-table summary and failing visualization (if you don’t mind sharing)? That will help us get oriented with provenance.
