Dear developers,
I noticed a bug with emperor visualization. I am using qiime2-23.5. When emperor visualization is created and dropped on view.qiime2.org, there is no more option to assigne colors, shapes and size by metadata columns:
However, when using qiime tools view command, everything is working as supposed to:
