Is there a tutorial for q2-picrust2?

Hi,

I am in the group of Picrust-users. The admin has told that closed ref OTU picking was needed for PICRUST1 but this is not required for PICRUST2. I have installed Qiime 2 recent version (2018.11) window linux. Now how can I used PICRUST2? Any commands? Secondly I know about the feature Table and what about i-tree`. I would be thankful if you explain the commands and usage of Picrust 2 plugin.

Hi @khaknasheen,
In the original thread you posted this question in, there was a link to the qiime2-picrust2 plugin help page. Are you looking for something different than that? If so could you please clarify.
