Is there a Docker image to host q2view on my own PC/server?
Since https://view.qiime2.org/ seems to use a timeout mechanism, I am interested in hosting q2view in a local environment (to disable the timeout).
Do you have any comments?

No there's no docker container, it's actually a static site which is hosted on github pages.
You can build it from source here:
Although you may run into some issues installing the dependencies, we need to fix that up for our own sake soon.
