Is it possible to change my sample names when the whole analysis has been finished?

Hi,

I just wanted to know if it is possible to change my sample names once the whole analysis has been finished. I just got my statistical graphics, but some names are incorrect, so I would like to know if it is possible to change some of these names so I can get my statistics correctly named without having to repeat the whole analysis from the beginning.

Hi @Carla, welcome to :qiime2:!

You can rename the sample ids within the feature table using: feature-table rename-ids.
