Insrallation to qiime2-2018.6

Hi,
I'm updated to qiime2-2018.6 from qiime2-2017.12.

I imported the same data and entering the same command which return all results of the running qiime2-2017.12, as a test.

However, qiime2-2018.6 showd the error comment when it tried to make a metadata validation.

I already checked to the recent metadata format rule.
I have read the overview of qiime2-2018.6.
My problem has not been resolved.

The error information is below,
Plugin error from diversity:

'There are samples not included in the mapping file. Override this error by using the ignore_missing_samples argument. Offending samples: Undetermined'

Debug info has been saved to /var/folders/63/fmw9337d6cl5pjyg4l4yj1km0000gn/T/qiime2-q2cli-err-v3xzp2rv.log

Does anyone have any idea how i improve to the next step...?:cry:

What is the command or commands you are trying to run? Copy and paste, please! That would really help us our by providing some context for that error message.

Now I check again the overview and tutorial, and try to a re-analysis of old data.

You should run a filter step, it would seem that there are samples which are in your mapping file or maybe some stray symbols in your mapping file. It seems that QIIME2 can't recognize these sample names "Offending samples: Undetermined".
