Hi. I would like to use RDP in qiime2 for taxonomic assignation. However, I had some trouble importing the database and I do not know any workflow. I have already tried silva 138.1, silva 128 and greenges because I want to compare the results with different data bases. Also, I am working with cyanobacteria data. I wonder if anyone could help me.

Check out this simple tutorial in which we use and import RDP as an example.
Note: When working with Cyanobacteria, make sure the identified sequence is not in fact a chloroplast. As the taxonomy of chloroplasts are organized within Cyanobacteria.
