Import the Taxonomy Level

Regarding the taxonomy levels for training of the database, I am suspicious about sth.

In the tutorial this parameter was used for greengenes database --source-format HeaderlessTSVTaxonomyFormat while I do not know this should be sued for training the SILVA or not. I ran the importing command without the parameter but I faced with an error:

There was a problem importing taxonomy_7_levels.txt:
** taxonomy_7_levels.txt is not a(n) TSVTaxonomyFormat file**

I though it say I have to convert .txt format to a.tsv one. I did, but I received the similar error!

I need to know is the parameter necessary for importing all databases?

Only those files lacking header lines. Which it looks like the SILVA taxonomy files lack — so yes use that parameter for importing SILVA taxonomies.
