I am using qiime2-2021.8.
I am trying. to import a manifest file into qiime but not sure if my pe-33 folder with the fastq.gz files and the manifest.tsv file are correct.
Please see attached snapshots and let me know if this is correct. If wrong please advise on how to fix it.

I can't speak to any issues within the data itself - but from the screenshots you provided, your FASTQ files all seem in order to me. I'd go ahead and give your import a try - you can always report back if you run into any errors in your pipeline!
