Import demultiplexed fastq files from QIITA

Hi all,

Is the current version (2018.4) supports importing demultiplexed .fastq files (split_libraries_fastq.py) from QIITA?

It seems like the EMP release 2 (EMP500) will use QIITA to demultiplex files and denoise the sequences using q2-deblur. The script works perfectly for doing this, but I am still wondering would it be possible to directly import .fastq files instead of using manifest?
