Looks like between mode in SCNIC is what I want - I'll run it outside of QIIME2 for now as I'm experiencing the same issue here at the moment.
@michael.shaffer, is it appropriate to use between mode with SparCC correlation as the method - or does it need to be Spearman as in the example?
I will also give the biplot a shot.
