Identify_paired_differences.py in QIIME2

Hi,
Does QIIME2 have a similar function to identify_paired_differences.py in QIIME1? I have paired samples from the same patient at two different time points. 15 patients in total. There is no grouping as such so can't use longitudinal pairwise-differences without having a group.

There is no grouping as such so can’t use longitudinal pairwise-differences without having a group.

We have an open issue to support single-group paired testing such as you have. This should come out in the next release, this April.

For now, there is a workaround described here
