I have problem to import database, How to import database into qiime2 ?

--input-path sequences.fna
--output-path sequences.qza
--type 'FeatureData[Sequence]'

This is my Comand, but erorr

Can you please copy and paste the full output on your machine that you receive after running the command above? And can you also provide details on how you are running QIIME 2 (conda, virtual machine, etc) as well as the machine/OS you are using?
