Hi @zhuyajie0913 , what command are you running to give you that error? Original thought is that you are not telling the command to look in the right location for your demux.qza file. I would check the file path and run again.

Hi @zhuyajie0913! I agree with @Zach_Burcham, we need some more information to help you. Please provide:

  • the version of QIIME 2 you are using
  • the exact command or commands you ran (copy and paste)
  • the complete error message you observed (run with --verbose, or, attach the error log).
