how to get correct format of taxonomy

Hi,
I
I had a look on taxonomy file from qiime2, and could you please advise how to get the correct format of taxonomy there are some extra character like: "k__, p__,
c__, g__, s__

these do not look good in figure

could you please how can remove

These come from the reference database that you use; QIIME will report whatever labels are used in the reference databases. How to get rid of them? Modify the taxonomy files or the figures you create manually.
