Hello,
I analyzed data from bray curtis distance matrix with qiime diversity beta-group-significance.
The p value (0.001) shown is only for the overall data comparison. Is it possible for me to find the p values for each individual groups comparison?

Did you run it with the pairwise comparison activated? That will generate a table at the bottom of the viz like this:
