How to filter out contaminant features from feature table

I have another problem which is removing features that overlapped between treatment samples and kit and PCR controls samples. I have found a lot discussion on the forum. I was wondering what is the latest suggestions (tutorial) to remove these features?

Otherwise as you've seen from the copious forum discussion, there are lots of questions but few answers. How to filter unknown contaminants from data is a very open area of research.
