Hi, I’m currently working with longitudinal data. I would like to export the distance matrix (.qza) generated by “qiime longitudinal nmit”. Is it possible? If it is, may I ask what function/commands shall I use?

I have figured it out. It can be exported by “qiime tools extract”.
