Hi, Once I have made my Deblur results into a qzv and used QIIME 2 to visualize. How do I download the chart it makes? I want to be able to save that information in an Excel sheet. It allows me to download the stats of the Quality filtering qzv file.

Different .qzv files provide different export options, so It Depends (tm).
demux-filter-stats.qzv view online has a button to download a TSV file.
deblur-stats.qzv view online doesn't, so to get that data I would copy all the columns and paste them into Excel. I think most Spreadsheet programs should support this... but you can try it and see!
In the GitHub for the deblur plugin, I found this issue. It looks like other folks also want a good way to download these stats, but it has not yet been built.
