How to add centroids to my emperor plot

Dear QIIME 2 community,

I was wondering how can I add centroids to two categorical groups in my PCoA generated from a Jaccard distance matrix? I have my current plot (see attached) but I cannot visualize the centroids, and I think it would add value to my figure.

Hi @daniel.castanedamogo,
Unfortunately centroids cannot be added using q2-emperor. You will need to use an outside-of-qiime2 solution (e.g., R or python) to generate a plot with centroids.
