Hi,
I need to analyze 18S (fungi) results coming from human fecal and saliva samples (separately).
I have tried to use the Silva classifier in the web (using qiime2) , but the results were poor.
I want to train the Silva classifier using the tutorial :

But I am not sure what is the input that I need to upload.

I am sorry that your results have not been what you have hoped so far. Can you tell us more about your analysis and other steps that you have taken? Which primers did you use? Did you remove your primers before other analysis steps? Can you describe your results/how they were poor?
If you end up needing to train a classifier, we will tackle that, but first lets make sure all of your other analysis steps are solid and the issue doesn't lie else where
