Hello!
I have a question about grouping samples. I have my samples in triplicate so I would like to see the graphs with the triplicates in average. Every sample has a different ID but I created a metadata table where one column has the same name for the triplicates. Is there any way to group the samples to visualise the plots?

Try grouping your samples first using this plugin, then making graphs using the grouped table.

That sounds like the mean-ceiling choice for the --p-mode flag.
