Hi, i run gnessis Balance with qiime2..2019.7 and get this plot, is this true plot? Can you explain this plot within group 1 and 2?

Hi @Rm733,
If I'm not mistaken, this plot has been deprecated for some time now, and was removed in version 2020.2. You might want to consider upgrading to a more current version of QIIME 2.

I haven't used Gneiss myself, but if you choose to go forward in spite of the method's deprecation, I'd encourage you to check out the tutorial, paper, and to search the forum :mag: - there are quite a few questions here about interpreting balance plots.
