Dear all!
Right now i am working on the draft for my publication and I want to redraw some of the GNEISS visualizations in Python, particularly, proportion plots. In y0_taxa_summary.qzv file I can find numerator and denominator csv files, pdf and svg images. How can I extract data, based on which proportion plots were created?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @timanix can you clarify about how to you want to redraw the proportion plots? I’m also not sure what you mean by “extract data” - you mean the means / standard deviations used to generate the proportion plots?
There is a python function for proportion_plots can be found here, maybe that can help with fine-tuning figures.
