@Sathya-Am it appears as though this may be WSL related. That sepp.scheduler.JobError with No error messages available appears to have happened to many different people on WSL in the past. Here, here, and here for instance.
I wasn't seeing any of that during the test run I did on my laptop which is a native Linux Mint (an Ubuntu derivative) install. Unfortunately, getting this to run successfully on WSL may be impossible. Do you have access to a native Linux machine or a Mac?
