I've got data that for reasons:tm: needs to be denoised with deblur. (Mostly I dont know about the pre-processing or sequencing run batches). I'm entering debluring with like 20,000 reads before quality filtering, and exiting with like 5000. It's very clearly in that deblur step.
However, I'm having trouble finding the deblur log from the api in qiime2-2022.2. I can't locate a flag. What very obvious thing am I missing?
Update, incase anyone wonders this in the future: The deblur log from the artifact api is written to a text file named deblur.log. Which is suboptimal if you're running multiple jobs out of the same parent folder, but at least answers the "where did my log file go" question.
