I have a query.
While creating an OTUs table, Qiime2 is assigning some IDs to each OTU. Will these IDs remain same in taxonomic analysis , that is in taxonomy.qzv?

Yes! The ASV/OTU identifiers are the same in your table, your representative sequences and your taxonomy.
