I am sorry , I tried reinstalling and trying to make it work and I get the same error. I didnt want waste any more time on metrics since they can be computed in other ways. I think the binary is not being recognized by qiime2 which is a shame since the upstream workflow works. Let me know if you have any success, its never too late to learn:)
