Exporting：PermissionError: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted

Hellow everyone!
I would like to export my data, but when I run qiime2, It seems like there is a error"PermissionError: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted". It means that I have no permission the do the command.
So how can I resolve it?

Yep, you're right! It looks like you don't have the correct permissions on your machine (this is typically due to 'write access' permissions). A couple of questions:

  1. What type of machine are you running QIIME 2 on, and what operating system are you using?
  2. Have you been able to run other QIIME 2 commands (in the same environment) successfully?
