Error when assigning taxa

Hi again,

I am trying to assign taxa with the greengene classifier but I am not sure what I am doing wrong because I keep getting errors in the attached image. I'd appreciate any help.

Hi @bhaan, the error message is informing you exactly what the error is, i.e. there is no such file called

gg-13-8-99-nb-classifier.qza--p-n-jobs

That is you need to add a space before the \ on this line:

--i-classifier gg-13-8-99-nb-classifier.qza \

By not having this space, the gg-13-8-99-nb-classifier.qza text will be concatenated to the text at the beginning of the next line --p-n-jobs.
