Hi,

I am trying to join my reads. It worked until now. Now something happened. This error message is appearing. Please help me.

Error: QIIME 2 plugin 'vsearch' has no action 'merge-pairs'.

As of Qiime2 2022.11, this action is called 'merge-pairs', but in older versions of Qiime2 this was called 'join-pairs'.

When viewing the documentation, make sure you are looking at the version of Qiime2 you have installed on your system, that way all the examples will work as expected.
