Error in the SCNIC make-modules-on-correlations step

Hello!

I am using qiime2-2018.8 and have just installed the SCNIC plug in. I am able to run all steps explained here:

except Step 3: Detecting and summarizing modules of features

When I run this I get the following error:

module 'SCNIC.module_analysis' has no attribute 'make_modules'

How can I solve this error?

Hello @Molly_Bletz,

Can you update your qiime installation to 2018.11 or are you stuck with version 2018.8? I have stopped supporting previous qiime installation and this error is fixed in the release for qiime 2018.11.

Thanks for this advice, I have updated to 2018.11 and it works now! Sorry for bothering you with this issue on an old version.
