Error 403 when trying to add new plugin

Hi,

I wanted to add my plugin to the library but I keep getting "error 403" when clicking on the "add new plugin" button. I've got an account and am logged in.

Can you provide full page screenshots of:

  1. What you see when you're on the Library home page
  2. The page where you see the 403 error
