Emptying Qiime2 /tmp/ directory

Hey there,
I was wondering if I could sometimes delete the contents within the Qiime2 /tmp/ directory in order to freeing disk space. Are there risks of loosing analyzes or data after doing that?

Hi @lca123,

If your analysis is complete, you shouldn’t have a problem. On our server, mine writes to a file system that turns over every 5 days, although I empty it more frequently if Im running out of space.
