From the recent Q2 workshop in Kelowna, there was interest in a) being able to increase the font size of Emperor plot’s axis labels or have the default be larger for clarity, b) add a main title to the graph

Apologies for the delay, this is the right place for this communications, thanks! We have an open issue about this here.
I agree that the font size was a bit too small, but in the latest release (the one that will ship with QIIME 2017.9), the sizes are more legible.
