I have a quick question, I am trying to figure out where I can locate the eigenvalues used to create the PcOA so that I can determine what each axis corresponds to. Could you please tell me where I can locate such values?

The first few eigenvalues are displayed in a scree plot in emperor in the “axes” tab. For example, see this example.
For the full list of eigenvalues, you will need to export your PCoA ordinations file and dig around in the file that’s produced… eigenvalues are listed in a row at the bottom of the file, I believe.
