Does tools import emp-paired-end-sequences supports older EMP protocol with barcodes on reverse primer instead of forward primer?

don't know the detailed implementation of the import tool, would like to know if it supports older EMP protocol with barcodes on reverse primer instead of forward primer? for EMPPairedEndSeuqences

Thanks for posting. When using the EMP protocol, the barcodes should be sequenced on a separate read from the forward and reverse reads, delivering three separate files. As long as a separate barcode file exists, it does not matter whether this barcode was attached to the forward or reverse primers and the same import protocol should be used.
