Does QIIME 2 support demultiplexing with usearch?

I also wonder can demultilplex step in qiime2 use usearch instead?

Hi @yech1990! Iā€™m not sure I understand your question ā€“ usearch is used for OTU clustering and quality control, not demultiplexing. Either way, QIIME 2 does not have usearch support (though if a developer is interested in implementing a usearch plugin/method, go for it!). If you want to use usearch, I recommend using QIIME 1 or usearch directly, and then import your data into a QIIME 2 artifact and continue analysis with QIIME 2.
